|MEND The Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do It programme helps local children, and their families, become fitter, healthier and happier. Elmbridge Borough Council and Surrey's Primary Care Trust (PCT) have become partners in the Big Lottery Funded initiative 'England on the MEND', an £8 million project tackling the problems associated with children who are overweight or obese.
