Esher Shuttle Bus

The Esher Shuttle Bus is no longer in operation
The East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership and Esher Business Guild have undertaken a review of the Esher Shuttle Bus service. They concluded that the concept was a sound one and there was considerable support for the pilot scheme. However, the service did not meet its targets in terms of passenger numbers and financial viability, perhaps because of the current economic downturn, and therefore they reluctantly came to the conclusion that the service should terminate. The last run was on Friday, 13 February, 2009.
