Surrey County Council is the highway authority for Elmbridge and is responsible for highway maintenance, improvement schemes, traffic management, traffic lights, street lighting etc.

Surrey County Council Bus Consultation (November 2009 - January 2010)
Surrey County Council, who operate the public bus network in Surrey, are currently consulting residents on proposed changes to existing bus and
school bus routes in Elmbridge, Runnymede, Spelthorne and East Woking area.
Surrey's research has highlighted that these routes are underused and are therefore proposing to move resources to the more popular roots.
Phase 1 of the consultation (effecting Elmbridge residents) runs between November 2009 and the end of January 2010.
