Customer Care Charter

The local taxation service produces an annual customer care charter which gives customers an idea of the level of service they can expect and how the service has performed against its targets in the previous year.

If you are unhappy with the service provided details on how to complain are included in the charter.

Customers are encouraged to comment on the adequacy/relevance of service performance targets and on the service in general.
