How to add your event to this website
To submit your events for inclusion in our diary you need to |complete our online form.
We welcome the inclusion of Community based events in Elmbridge, if you would like to add an event please read the following inclusion requirements:
- Posting events via this form will NOT result in automatic or immediate inclusion on the database, as a member of our team first checks your request for suitability.
- This is a manual process and we cannot guarantee that all events will be published online due to the high volume of requests we receive. We reserve the right to exclude any event without the need to give a reason.
- Inclusion of an organisation or event does NOT constitute a recommendation or/an endorsement of those organisations/events aims. See the |Elmbridge Borough Council disclaimer for more details.
- This facility is for Community based events in Elmbridge only.
- Details submitted must include place and time of event with contact details for more information.
- We will only accept those events that are directly open to members of the public or to non members who can join on entry.
- We only accept non-profit making events if run by local businesses ; or free or chargeable events if run by non profit making community organisation or registered charity.
- We cannot accept evening classes/courses and regular or annual meetings of local groups and societies.
- Events should be submitted via the online form 30 days in advance of the event taking place.
