- delivers 1120 hot meals and 430 frozen meals to older people
- serves 1200 meals in its Centres for Retired People
- provides 560 high need day care places for physically frail older people and 60 places for people suffering from Alzheimers and dementia
- visits 40 existing community alarm customers
- undertakes 90,000 collections of domestic waste, recycling and garden waste
- collects 750 tonnes of domestic waste and 350 tonnes of recycling and compostables
- removes 70 incidences of graffiti
- investigates 25 potentially abandoned cars
- sweeps 100km of roads
- empties 450 litter bins
- cleans town and village centres 6 times
- investigates 30 complaints of environmental pollution
- investigates 4 complaints of unsound food and 4 cases of notifiable diseases
- undertakes 20 pest control visits
- monitors 20 premises for food safety, workplace health & safety or smokefree compliance
- deals with 24 applications for sale of alcohol, entertainment or taxi/private hire vehicle licences
- determines 70 new housing benefit claims
- processes 120 change of circumstances for existing claimants
- carries out 6 investigations into alleged benefit fraud
- receives 1000 housing benefit queries
- carries out 20 housing advice interviews and decides 2 homeless applications
- undertakes 40 minor household repair jobs for older and disabled people
