The online Council Tax Account Queries allows you to view your council tax payment information online for properties owned by you.
This online service is accessed through a secure server for your privacy, so to access the service you must first log-in or register as a new user and then enrol for the service.
New Users
If you have not previously registered with the Government Gateway you can register now through the |Elmbridge Borough Council Web site Once you have registered, you can then enrol for this service using the Activation PIN number which will be supplied by post from the Government Gateway. Receipt of your Activation PIN may take up to 7 days
Existing Users
|Log in using your existing Government Gateway user ID and password, you will then need to select the Elmbridge Borough Council, Council Tax Enquiry Service and register for this as an additional service, to those you may already have activated, e.g. On Line Self Assessment.
