Our aim is to provide the highest level of service to each and every one of our customers, no matter how big or small the issue. We have set ourselves high standards, in response to those areas that customers have indicated are a priority to them and we try very hard to meet our customers' expectations. All of our Customer Charters have been produced after consultation with local residents.
