Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR)
Monitoring is an essential part of the planning process and the AMR provides a yearly snapshot of planning policy progress and performance. The AMR includes information on key indicators that are required by Government, as well as other information that relates to the level of development within the Borough. The AMR reports on key findings relating to housing, affordable housing, employment and town centres, environmental quality, infrastructure and the performance of Planning Services. AMRs for 2009-2011 can be viewed below.
