Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR)
The Council is required to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to assesses how the Council is performing in implementing the Local Development Scheme and the performance and effectiveness of the Replacement Elmbridge Borough Local Plan 2000. Once the LDF is in place the AMR will be used to monitor its performance and effectiveness. The AMR is submitted to Government by 31st December each year.
