Current Planning Documents

The local planning policies that are currently used to make decisions on planning applications include saved policies in the Replacement Elmbridge Local Plan 2000 and the Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD), which is a key document in the Borough's new |Local Plan. Saved Local Plan policies will eventually be completely replaced by the new Local Plan. Additional supplementary planning guidance/documents also exist on detailed matters such as developer contributions and design. You can find out more about |future planning documents being produced as part of the new Elmbridge Local Plan.
