The Issues and Options Paper was also accompanied by a Sustainability Appraisal/ Strategic Environmental Assessment (SA/SEA) Report which set out the predicted sustainability implications of each of the Options.

A number of background studies have been undertaken and provide a |evidence base for the Core Strategy.
