Local Plan Policies - After 27 September 2007, Local Planning Authorities are only able to use those policies from the Local Plan which have been included in a direction issued by the Secretary of State. To View The Elmbridge Borough Local Plan & Proposals Map via the Planning Portal
Specify your location by typing "Elmbridge" in the Location of Interest field and select the "Go" button.
Identify your town by clicking on the drop down list and selecting "Elmbridge, Surrey" and select the "Go" button.
The Elmbridge Borough Local Plan is displayed.
The Local Plan text can be accessed by selecting the appropriate section links on the left hand side of the page. (See right)
The Proposals Map can be accessed by selecting the "Proposals Map" link on the left hand side of the page. (See below)
Once the Proposals Map is displayed - Local Plan Constraint layers can be turned on and off by ticking the "visible" boxes within the Key to Map.
To view new layers - select "Refresh Map" at the bottom of the "Key to Map"
The Proposals Map is linked to the relevant policy via the "Key to Map" - Click on the underlined layer text to access the corresponding policies.
