|Local Development Framework
Under the Government's new development planning system the Local Development Framework (LDF) will replace the Local Plan. It will guide planning and development in Elmbridge to 2026.

Under the Government's new development planning system the Surrey Structure Plan 2004 will be replaced by the South East Plan.
