Development Control

  • 530 planning applications were received during this quarter
  • 21 appeals were lodged against our decisions
  • Major applications - 79% were determined within 13 weeks
  • Minor applications - 94% were determined within 8 weeks
  • Other applications - 96% were determined within 8 weeks

Customer Focus

  • 88% of our users were satisfied with the level of service they received from the Division
  • 3,722 telephone calls were received during November 2009 by the division - 79% of which were answered within 4 rings (10 seconds)
