- 21 appeals were lodged against our decisions
- Major applications - 79% were determined within 13 weeks
- Minor applications - 94% were determined within 8 weeks
- Other applications - 96% were determined within 8 weeks
Customer Focus
- 88% of our users were satisfied with the level of service they received from the Division
- 3,722 telephone calls were received during November 2009 by the division - 79% of which were answered within 4 rings (10 seconds)
