Appeals Decisions Annual Analysis 2004 - 2005

LDF LogoThe strength of the policies of the Replacement Elmbridge Borough Local Plan 2000 is tested through their consideration by Inspectors' at appeal. The |Appeal Decisions Annual Analysis 2004-2005 provides information relating to appeal decisions received during the period 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005 (exclusive of those relating to Lawful Development Certificates and enforcement matters). A statistical analysis of the decisions is included in the Monitor, together with a summary of the policy usage, which is assessed on a chapter-by-chapter basis and highlights particularly significant decisions. Details of appeal decisions, including a brief synopsis of Inspectors' comments, are also included.
