Local Land Charges at Elmbridge Borough Council

Elmbridge Local Land Charges undertakes the Authority's statutory local land charges function as required by the Local Land Charges Act 1975. Local Land Charges do not deal with ownership. If you want to know who owns a piece of land in the Elmbridge area you will have to refer to |Land Registry online. Local Land Charges also maintain the statutory Register of Enforcement and Stop Notices, which at present is only maintained as a hard copy, but work is currently being undertaken to make this available online.
