Members of the public have the right to speak on certain applications being considered by the Area Planning Sub-Committees. The following leaflet seeks to explain who can speak, when, and how you should go about it.
|Public Speaking at Area Planning Sub-Committees
Note: Although at the time of publication we expect all items listed to be considered at the Area Sub Committees, there may be circumstances when an application may be withdrawn prior to the meeting. It would be advisable to telephone the Town Planning Division on the day of the Committee meeting to check if the item is being heard.
