Planning Committee

The list of applications to be considered at forthcoming Area Planning Sub-Committee Meetings is compiled every three weeks. It is available online in application number order, under the respective Area Planning Sub-Committee. For dates and times of meetings, see the |Schedule of meetings here.

Planning Committees:

Claygate, Esher, Hinchley Wood, Long Ditton, Oxshott, Stoke, Thames Ditton, Weston Green

|North Area Planning Sub Committee (NAPS)
Hersham, Walton, West Molesey, East Molesey

|West Area Planning Sub Committee (WAPS)
Cobham, Oatlands Park, St. Georges Hill, Brooklands, Weybridge

Applications that remain undecided after consideration at Sub Committee, may be deferred to |Planning Committee (PLNG)

By selecting the date of the committee from the listed areas, you can access the following information:

• Agenda: The Agenda lists planning applications going to Committee with details of the Date, Time & Location.
• Report: The main body of the report can be accessed by selecting "Planning Applications" from Committee Meetings page. The report details planning applications to be decided by the committee, with recommendations for reasons for refusal or conditions to be attached to an approval. Reports are available 1 week before the relevant committee date.
• Minutes: Minutes of the meeting also include reasons for refusal and conditions attached to an approval, for committee decisions.

Note: Although at the time of publication we expect all items listed to be considered at the Area Sub Committees, there may be circumstances when an application may be withdrawn prior to the meeting. It would be advisable to telephone Planning Services on the day of the Committee meeting to check if the item is being heard.
