After selecting the link below type the planning number in the 'Search for application reference' box i.e. 2008/1234
Wait for the information on the application to display.
Scroll to the 'Attachments' section at the bottom of the page & select the 'Letters of Representation' link(s).
The number of letters within each document will be also be displayed e.g. 'Letters of Representation : 3' would mean there are 3 letters within the linked document.
