How to View Letters of Representation
- After selecting the link below type the planning number in the 'Search for application reference' box i.e.. 2012/0100
- Wait for the information on the application to display.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'View Attachments'.
- This will open a list of documents available to view for the selected application.
- Select the 'Letters of Representation' link(s) highlighted in green.

Letters of representation will normally be available to view within two working days of the received date.
