Please ensure that your application is accompanied by the appropriate fee and that you have checked the corresponding Validation Checklist before submitting your application. |Guidance on the Planning Implications for Smoking Shelters: The Council has provided advice on proposed shelters in connection with the new smoke free legislation in the Health Act 2006 which comes into force in England at 6am on Sunday 1 July 2007.
