How to pay

You can pay for your submission by :

  • |Online Payment using a debit/credit card.
  • Over the phone
Debit/Credit Card transactions can also be made via the telephone. Please call 01372 47 4776/4787.
  • Cash
Cash can be paid in person at our Planning Reception. Please do not send cash through the post.
  • By post - Payment by cheque* - Like many organisations, we prefer people to make payment by electronic methods rather than by cheque, if possible, as it is kinder to the environment. If you do not have a bank account or credit/debit card - you can buy a postal order* from your local post office. If you are unable to have a normal bank account (e.g. bankrupts) most banks offer a "basic bank account" that usually allows payment by direct debit/standing order. An explanatory leaflet with a list of banks involved is available at the |Financial Services Authority website.

*Cheque and postal order payments should be made out to Elmbridge Borough Council and sent to Planning Services, |Civic Centre (please write on reverse your name/address and the reference number you are paying for).
