Changing the Name of your House

We will check that the name you have chosen isn't the same or similar to a nearby property. We will then confirm that your chosen name is acceptable. We will inform Royal Mail, utilities, emergency services and internal council departments of the change of name.

If your property has a number, you must keep and use that number. A name is only an additional identifier.
