Using our online secure shopping basket you can now pay on line using a debit or credit card for a variety of web services (however, there is a surcharge of 1.39% for credit card payments) such as business rates, Council Tax, Parking Penalty Charge Notice, Planning applications etc... Some payments can also be made using the |Automated Telephone Payment service (ATP).
