On Wednesday 18 October, the Cobham Link group are holding an Open Day at Cobham Centre for the Community, Oakdene Road, Cobham, KT11 2LY, from 10am to 2.30pm. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities on the day, including a wellbeing tapping class, an animal encounters session and a raffle.
The Cobham Link project supports adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities, encouraging personal development and independence. Daily sessions are run from Cobham Centre for the Community, so if you would be interested in joining the group or would like more information, this event is great opportunity to meet other members and see what they get up to in the week.

Councillor Mrs Ruth Lyon, Portfolio Holder for Social Affairs said: “Our Cobham Link group has such a positive impact on the lives of people that attend and I am very much looking forward to seeing everyone on the Open Day. If you have not visited the Centre before, this is a great opportunity to pop in and find out more”.
Complimentary tea, coffee and cakes will be available throughout the day. If you would like to stay for lunch you can enjoy a three course lunch for £3.90, (please call the Centre before 11.30am on the day to book).
