Elmbridge Licensing Act 2003 Policy Review – Summer 2017 

As a Licensing Authority Elmbridge Borough Council is required to review its Statement of Licensing Policy under the Licensing Act 2003 every 5 years. The existing policy expires on 12 November 2017.

We have produced a new draft, policy document taking into account changes in the law and updated government guidance since the last policy was published in 2012.

An 8-week consultation on the draft policy commences on 21 June 2017 (closing date Wednesday 16 August 2017 at 5pm).

Full copies of both the existing policy and the amended draft policy are available below along with the relevant background report to the Council’s Licensing Committee:
