1. Click on the Search For....... Bar on the right of the screen
2. Select the Premises type & Rating from the drop-down list e.g. Restaurant or Cafe
3. Type in either the Restaurant Name (part of it will do) e.g. Nikki Bees
or the type of food you fancy e.g. Italian, Indian, Chinese, Thai
4. Hit the Search Button and wait for the results
