Clubs

In order to provide the best sporting opportunities for its members, a club should be constantly seeking to improve, whether this be through facility development, coaching development, increasing volunteers, or attracting new members into the club.

|Clubs, coaches and volunteers | |County and National participants can also benefit from FACS or FANS scheme.

Visit our |quicklinks page for the national governing bodies of sport websites.

Clubmark is a nationally recognised club development scheme that has been developed and is being actively promoted by Sport England and each sport's National Governing Body.

|Clubmark recognises clubs with junior sections that meet high quality standards and have succeeded in meeting a number of criteria that are identified as being essential for a high quality club. A |safeguarding and child protection leaflet is available for clubs.

If your national governing body does not currently have a clubmark licence, then contact the |Sports Development Team and we will be able to guide you through Clubmark Accreditation via |Active Surrey.
