How to apply for a new more card - |Complete the more card on-line form
Sign your child/ren up with a more card and receive discounted Shout! Holiday Activities and exclusive booking times.
Shout! has joined more card, giving you access to great benefits and huge savings on your holiday activities. You can even enjoy our Shout! early booking facility allowing you to book courses with ease before non-more card holders.
When your child has a more card, you will be entitled to our exclusive early booking times between 8.00 am to 10.00 am on the first day bookings open. Customers without a more card will be able to book from 10.00 am on the same day. Please note that it must your child that holds the valid more card to be eligible for discounted rates on Shout! holiday activities.
After you have applied for your child's more card, you will be issued with a card and number. This usually takes up to 10 working days but please allow more time during busy periods, i.e. before the summer holidays. You must quote your child's valid more card number at time of booking to receive the more card price otherwise we will not be able to give you the discount.

Please note: more cards which are issued through the Swim Academy and the Free Swimming Scheme at the Xcel Leisure Complex and the Hurst Pool are not eligible for discounts on the Shout! How to renew your child's more card
You should return to where you bought the more card originally. In the bottom left hand corner of the card is a series of eight numbers that either begin with 95, 96 or 97. Use the list below to identify where you should renew your more card.
If the card begins with a 95 please visit the |Xcel Leisure Complex, Walton on Thames
If the card begins with a 96 please visit Leisure and Cultural Services, Esher
If the card begins with a 97 please visit |Hurst Pool, East Molesey
