Skateboard/BMX Parks in Elmbridge

There are currently five skateboard/BMX Parks in Elmbridge. One of these, at |Churchfields Recreation Ground, was completely replaced in 2004 following local consultation, and provided the council's first "street course" for young novices and more experienced enthusiasts alike.

This was followed by a brand new street course at |Brooklands Community Park, adopted by the Council in 2006. There is also a BMX track.

We now offer another skate park which was opened in Spring 2007 at the |Leg O'Mutton in Cobham.

The other skate parks are at

|Long Ditton Recreation Ground - grind rails only

|Lower Green Recreation Ground

To ensure that young people in the Borough are well provided for, other areas for potential skateboard parks are currently being considered.
