Grass Cutting, Maintenance and Responsibility

• Elmbridge Borough Council, Leisure and Cultural Services has assumed responsibility as from 1st April 2009 for overseeing the cutting of the Borough's public grassed verges, next to roads and public footpaths
  
  
• Elmbridge Borough Council, is also responsible for public grassed areas, such as |parks and for maintenance of highway garden sites. Highway garden sites are on the roadside or roundabouts and contain horticultural features such as flower beds and shrubs.

Sponsorship

The planting and maintenance of many of the Borough's roundabouts and shrub beds are now sponsored by local businesses. If you would like to sponsor a roundabout or garden site please |contact the Elmbridge Borough Council Leisure Services.
