|Outdoor Gym in Long Ditton Recreation Ground
The gym is equipped with low impact, resistance-based equipment including cross trainers, treadmills, exercise bikes and stretch stations to allow users to have a full workout including toning, cardio or chill out exercises. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
As part of the wider 2012 legacy projects, 11 outdoor |table tennis tables (free to use) have been installed in 6 local parks. |Tennis courts across various locations are also free to use. |Touchtennis can be played for free at |Churchfields Recreation Ground from the beginning of Spring to the end of Summer.
|Elmbridge Eagles Junior Bike Club
It is the only junior bike club in Elmbridge! It aims to introduce young people aged between 8 and 16 years old to different disciplines of cycling including mountain biking, road cycling and BMX. Sessions are run by a British Cycling coach.
Swimming in Elmbridge
In Elmbridge, there are two swimming pools - at the |Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex and the |Hurst Pool, West Molesey. Upon registration, swimming is free for under 8s at both locations and membership packages are also available for regular swimmers and residents over 60.
