- Ordnance Survey maps (early 1800s-1940, 1996)
- Most post 1940 maps are held in storage. These can be made available by prior arrangement.
- An extensive photographic archive.
- Census returns (1841-1891).
- Land tax returns (1780-1915).
- Electoral registers (1832-1915).
- Parish registers (various dates).
- Copies of the Surrey Herald on microfilm (Feb 1979 - Sep 1999)
- Bound paper copies of the Surrey Herald (1920, 1923-27, 1929-33, 1936-39) are held in storage. These can be made available by prior arrangement.
- Information archive including press cuttings.
