Our Customer Charter for the Leisure Facilities

We promise to do the following:
- Make sure all facilities will be available to the public during their advertised opening hours every day of the year with the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and other Bank Holidays. |Find out how we are doing...
- Clean all leisure facilitates every day. At the swimming pools and leisure centre, changing areas and toilets will be checked at least every two hours and cleaned whenever they need to be.

- Plan for new developments to provide access for all.
- Provide a manager or duty manager who will be available to speak to you at all times.
- Make sure all staff wear name badges (except lifeguards) and are pleased to help you.
- Make sure all coaches employed for any activity are properly qualified.
- Check the quality of the water in swimming pools at least three times a day.
- Carry out regular safety checks on equipment throughout all our facilities.
- Make sure we disturb you as little as possible when we improve our facilities. We will keep you up to date with what is happening.
- Provide a caretaker for you when you hire one of our public halls.
