As an extension of the very successful |Healthy Walks scheme Elmbridge Borough Council offer lead cycle rides. Cycling has many health benefits including promoting a healthy heart, weight control, improving posture, and digestion. To take part in a cycle ride is also a great way to meet new people and are FREE, although you do have to pre-register.
Remember if you take part in a ride it is advisable to wear a cycle helmet.
