Healthy Cycle Rides

As an extension of the very successful |Healthy Walks scheme Elmbridge Borough Council offer lead cycle rides. Cycling has many health benefits including promoting a healthy heart, weight control, improving posture, and digestion. Taking part in a cycle ride is also a great way to meet new people. Like the walks, cycle rides are free.

It is advisable to wear a cycle helmet whilst on your bike.
