Elmbridge |Healthy Walks and |Cycle Rides are a great way to improve your health and fitness, while discovering interesting places in our locality. With walks nearly every day of the year graded by speed and gradient, you can choose which ones suit you the best.
Tennis for Free You can also come and play |Tennis For Free every Sunday at two great locations: Elm Grove Recreation Ground, Hersham Road, Walton on Thames 10.00 am -12.00 noon or at Coronation Recreation Ground, Molesey Road, Hersham 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm. Coaching and equipment is free to anyone over the age of 5, adults welcome! Just turn up, register and play!! In additional, all council owned tennis sites are available for free recreational use.
Free Play in the summer sun of Elmbridge!
Do your children want to make the most of the summer evenings and get out in the open to play? Then they can come down to your local recreation ground to see our |Community Play Rangers and take part in our free play sessions after school. They can kick a ball around, play parachute games or make arts and crafts. The choice is theirs! There is no need to register and they are free to come and go as they please. They can bring their friends along and join in the fun! Our Community Play Rangers visit Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, Long Ditton, Esher and Molesey. Elmbridge Museum brings the community together!
|Elmbridge Museum invites you to discover famous and infamous figures in history associated with Elmbridge at the Elmbridge Hundred exhibition. Other |free family activities - including archaeology, arts and crafts, nature, fun and games - are available on the second Saturday of every month from 11.00 am -1.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm.

Take part in the |Literature Competition - write about an historiacal figure featured in the Elmbridge Hundred exhibition at the Elmbridge Museum and write yourself into their story. Join them as they lived, loved or journeyed through this Borough, pinpointing their place in our history, marking their time in our lives.
