Xcel Bus and Bike Loyalty Scheme
The Bus and Bike Loyalty scheme is the first of its kind in Elmbridge. The Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex wants to reward its visitors for cycling in or travelling by bus. So why not improve your fitness and benefit the environment at the same time by travelling by bus or bike? This will help you reduce your carbon footprint.
Why should you reduce your Carbon Footprint?
- The average person emits 11 tonnes of CO2 a year, which includes the carbon emissions associated with our home, travel, and even our shopping and food. Staggering!
- Current thinking is that we should each, as individuals, aim to reduce this to four tonnes of CO2 a year.
Reduce your carbon footprint by cycling or taking the bus to Xcel

If you prefer to take the bus, the 564 bus route stops right outside the entrance to Xcel. By taking the bus and not your car you could save an average of nearly four tonnes of CO2 per year! The 564 bus route runs from Whitley Village - Hersham - Walton on Thames - Vicarage Fields to the Xcel Leisure Complex. |View a full timetable here.
