Guided Walks are free walks around the Elmbridge Commons, led by members of the Countryside Team throughout the year. |Discover more about the Commons and the |current management on these beautiful walks that are open to everyone. Witches and Wizards
Turn yourself into a witch or wizard of the woodland. Make your own hat, wand and magic potion.
When: Tuesday 10 August, 10.00 am - 11.30 am
Where: Horseshoe Clump car park (off the Portsmouth Road, opposite Blackhills)
Conservation Sessions
These sessions are aimed at teenagers and adults. Conservation sessions are on the following days, between 10.30 am and 12.00 noon:

Junior Rangers
Running on the following Wednesdays in the summer holidays, between 10.00 am and 11.30 am:
18 August, 25 August. Junior Rangers on the 25 August will be meeting at West End Lane car park at 10.00 am.
Underwater Safari
Discover what is lurking beneath the surface of Chequers Pond. Please note that it is very muddy around the pond - wellies and old clothes are recommended!
When: Friday 20 August, 10.30 am - 12.00 noon (drop in)
Where: Chequers Pond, West End (drop in or meet opposite the Prince of Wales pub at 10.15 am)
Den Building
Build a den using only natural materials. How showerproof can you make it? Try the Countryside Team waterproof challenge and find out!
When: Thursday 26 August, 10.00 am - 11.30 am
Where: Copsem Lane car park (between Esher and Oxshott, just before the A3 roundabout)

Bat Walk
Discover more about these fascinating creatures on a guided walk around The Ledges and River Mole. We hope to see Daubenton's bats and Common Pipistrelle. Bring a torch.
When: Friday 10 September, 7.15 pm - 10.00 pm
