Guided Walks are free walks around the Elmbridge Commons, led by members of the Countryside Team throughout the year. |Discover more about the Commons and the |current management on these beautiful walks that are open to everyone. Contact the |Countryside Team for more information on any event.
Unless stated "drop in" please arrive at the meeting point at the start time. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Winter Warmer Walk
Join the Countryside Rangers for the popular Winter Warmer Walk.
When: Saturday 28 January, 10.00 am - 12.00 noon
Where: Meet in Horseshoe Clump Car Park, Portsmouth Road, Esher

Junior Rangers - Bird Feeders
Come and make a bird feeder, paint a picture and enjoy bird related crafts.
When: Wednesday 15 February, drop in between 10.30 am and 12 noon
Where: Arrow and Trefoil Hall, West End Lane, Esher (hall next to West End Recreation Ground, opposite the Princess Alice Hospice)

Underwater Safari
Discover what lurks beneath the surface of the ponds on Old Common.

Junior Rangers - Bug Hunt
Centipedes, millipedes, worms and spiders, what can you find on Telegraph Hill?
Wednesday 4 April, 10 am - 11 am
At the entrance to Telegraph Hill on Manor Road South
Spotting Signs of Spring
Are you a nature detective; can you spot the signs of spring? Come for a walk along The Ledges and River Mole and see how many signs of spring you can tick off your spotter sheet. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Bat Walk
When: Friday 27 April, 8.15 pm - 9.45 pm
Where: Horseshoe Clump car park, Portsmouth Road, Esher (opposite Blackhills)
Bird Walk
When: Sunday 29 April, 7.30 am - 9.30 am
Where: Molesey Heath, Molesey (meet at the gates at the end of Approach Road)

Go Wild!
Hunt for creepy crawlies in the grassland and pond on Hersham Riverside. Try some nature related puzzles, colouring and crafts! Why not bring a picnic?
