Joining a Healthy Walk is a great way to improve your health and fitness, whilst enjoying the fresh air and meeting new people. Different walks of varying distance and pace take place around the Borough, which last for around an hour and are all free.

Please choose the grading and length of time your selected walk takes carefully and according to your ability. If you are a novice walker please choose a moderate flat walk or less.
