Looking for a venue within the Borough of Elmbridge? Elmbridge Borough Council has halls to hire for almost every occasion, whether you are organising a sale, a keep fit class, societies, putting on a play, hosting a seminar, having a wedding reception, a disco/dance, running indoor sports and much more!
We have halls of all shapes, sizes and dimensions, and even a purpose built Playhouse for theatrical productions.

Additional Information
- For occasional stage plays, applications for a licence should be made through the |Environmental Health & Licensing Division
- For permission to sell alcohol, applications should be made direct to the local Magistrate's Court.
- The Council reserves the right to demand a deposit in all circumstances.
- A returnable deposit is required for all social functions. The Council reserves the right to vary the fees at any time.
- All halls are to be cleared and vacated by 11.30 pm.
