|Licensing for Houses in Multiple Occupation

If, after reading the guidance document in respect of the licensing for Houses in Multiple Occupation, you wish to apply for a licence, please complete the |Application Form and return it to Private Sector Housing together with a fee of £476.50 payable to Elmbridge Borough Council. Alternatively, you may wish to read the |shortened guide to HMO Licensing before you complete the application form.
