Each year the Government requires Elmbridge Borough Council to produce a Housing Strategy Statement - a plan that sets out how we intend to meet and manage the housing needs of Elmbridge Borough Council now and in the next five years.
The 2004 -2009 document has got fit for purpose from the Government office for the South East.
