A guide to housing options for older people in Elmbridge
There are a range of organisations working in and around Elmbridge providing housing and support for older and vulnerable people to help people to live as independently as possible.
We have published a guide to housing options for older people in Elmbridge to help older people, their families, carers and organisations that work with older people in Elmbridge. It sets out the range of housing options for older people in the borough and how and where you can get more information. It includes housing schemes and services specifically for older people provided by housing associations, Elmbridge Borough Council and local charities.
To be considered for some of the rented retirement housing provided by housing associations, applicants will need to join the Council’s housing register first, but some of the providers operate their own application processes.
