Will I get my money back if I cancel my booking on a Shout! Holiday Activity course?
Cancellation of booking must be sent in writing, stating reasons no later than 7 days prior to the start of the course, otherwise refunds will not be provided. All refunds will carry a 20% administration charge and will not be processed until after that course finishes.
