I have seen vacant properties - can I be allocated one?

We can only allocate properties if we are they are offered to us us by Elmbridge Housing Trust or one of the other Housing Associations where we have nomination rights i.e. we are asked to refer a household to them. We are not allocated all properties and when we do get vacancies, we need to follow allocation procedure and nominate after running shortlists and finding the most eligible and suitable person based on points and their needs.
