Squirrel Pest Control Treatment
Elmbridge Borough Council's award winning pest control service includes the treatment of grey squirrels in domestic loft spaces only.
Squirrels in roof space can cause significant damage through gnawing as well as creating a significant disturbance to the occupiers as they scamper around. They only need a hole the size of their head to gain access and have been known to start house fires by chewing electric cables.
This is a charged service (|see fees and charges) and the treatment includes three visits:
- the first visit is to carry out a survey of the loft, place and set two spring loaded traps
- the remaining two visits are to check the traps and remove any catches.
