Keep your property free from rats and mice

Elmbridge Borough Council provides a |pest control service to residents and will treat, amongst other pests, rats and mice . Although this is not a free service we try to ensure our prices are competitive.

Often, the cause of a rodent infestation is due to small gaps or holes in the building where rats and mice gain access to the inside of a property. Common rodent access is through an air brick, especially if the brick is broken or damaged.

Air bricks provide essential ventilation to the underside of suspended floors and so they should not be blocked up. At the same time they should have small enough holes to prevent rodents entering.

If you have damaged air bricks we can fit rodent proof covers over the air bricks to secure against 'unwanted visitors'. This is a charged service but reasonably priced. |See pest control fees and charges.
