Excellence in Customer Service!

Environmental Health & Licensing's Pest Control service, along with three other Council services, gained the Government's prestigious Customer Service Excellence award.
This award, which was previously known as Charter Mark, is given to public services that demonstrate a customer-focused approach, with particular emphasis on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude. The basis for this award is gaining a good understanding of the customer, consulting them in a meaningful way and constantly looking to improve.
In order to retain the award the pest control service will be assessed once a year for the following three years, looking at different criteria on each occasion.
