What is mediation?
By using trained mediators problems between neighbours can be explored in a safe, sensitive and confidential manner. Hopefully solutions that are acceptable to everyone can be reached without the expense of legal intervention.
Elmbridge Borough Council subscribe to |Mediation North Surrey (MNS) services to undertake mediation within the borough. MNS also work in partnership with the |Elmbridge Housing Trust (EHT). You can either refer yourself for mediation or be referred by us. Alternatively, refer to the Elmbridge Housing Trust for matters relating to EHT properties and tenants.
