Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policies

The Council's policies for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire (taxi and minicab) licensing has been revised and was reviewed and approved by the Licensing Committee on 21 November 2011. The new policies below came into effect 1 February 2012:
