|List of recent licence applications and scheduled hearings

The applications listed above can be viewed online or downloaded and printed. This document includes:
- Variations of Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates (both existing licences and variations applied for at the same time as successor licence applications)
- New Premises Licences
- New Club Premises Certificates
- Provisional Statements
Details of applications are only available once they have been deemed 'valid' (i.e. contain all correct information, copies sent to all correct authorities, public notices posted at premises, etc). This may be several days after it has been received.
Note: If an application is not on the list it doesn't mean the application is invalid or cannot be the subject of representations.
These details (all of which are public information) are published so that '|Responsible Authorities' can check they have received copies of applications made and so they, and '|Interested Parties', can be informed about applications we have received in case they want to make a representation.
An '|Interested Party' is entitled to make representations about:
- applications for variations
- new premises licences
- new club premises certificates, or
- provisional statements.
An '|Interested Party' cannot make representations regarding new personal licences.
Once an application has been determined (i.e. granted or refused) by the Licensing Authority, it will be removed from the list.
