Details of applications will only be available once they have been deemed 'valid' (i.e. contain all the correct information, copieshave been sent to all the correct authorities, public notices posted at the premises, etc.). This may be several days after it has been received. Note: If an application is not on the list it doesn't mean the application is invalid or cannot be the subject of representations.
These details (all of which are public information) are published so that 'Responsible Authorities' can check they have received copies of applications made and so they, and 'Interested Parties', can be informed which applications we have received, in case they want to make representations to us about the application.
'Interested Party'
An 'Interested Party' is entitled to make representations about:

Once an application has been determined (i.e. granted or refused) by us, as the Licensing Authority, it will be removed from the list.
