Vehicle application forms and information

Unfortunately, the numbers of applicants failing to attend vehicle licensing appointments at the Civic Centre without giving notice has risen.

Please note: with effect from 1 April 2011, the Council will be charging a fee in respect of missed appointments. If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, and you don't give notice within that period, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to book a new appointment for an alternative date/time. Before you can re-book you will be required to pay a fee of £50. We advise that you aim to arrive for your appointment at least five minutes early.
